We reimagined three key areas of this home, each of which was designed to make the most of natural light and incorporate meaningful details.

A few changes transformed the lounge into a cosy family haven. We anchored the area with a textured rug, balanced the layout by moving the sofa away from the wall and emphasised the fireplace as the centrepiece of the room. Slipcovered chairs, restored from second-hand finds, offer both comfort and character. Soft lighting, greenery and curated decor ensure the room feels lived in and inviting.

Inspired by the client’s art, the room was transformed into a serene sanctuary for adults. A custom-upholstered headboard and scatter cushions were selected to complement the art. A pale rug brightened the colour scheme, teak bedside tables warm up the space and mood lighting creates a soft glow. A full length mirror and laundry basket create a focal point as you enter the room.

This light-filled landing was transformed into a small yet purposeful study. A narrow console with drawers adds elegant form and practical storage. Removing the curtain and introducing a custom 'dummy' Roman blind softened the look while concealing the existing roller blind. Framing the client’s artwork adds a personal touch to the corner, making it bright, balanced and ready for daily use.
